Baking hacks.

❤❤A cake....a cake is a very delightful desert which makes every event of our life lively and complete. For having a sweet tooth like i have...cake is like a heaven....heaven of fluffiness. That heaven of creaminess which you eat is just undefined.

But cake can be enjoyble only when the cake has lots of air incoroporated in it which makes it fluffy. But many times it's difficult to get that perfect fluffiness. So today i am gonna tell you how to make your cake spongy and fluffy. This also varies when you are a vegetarian or non vegetarian. A vegetarian like me who can't have eggs...i use different vegetarian stuff to make my cake spongy.

1) For vegetarian option....it's obvious that baking powder and baking soda can be used. But how??? In a little different way.

# Make sure that you use both baking powder and baking soda together always because if you don't..it will make your cake a little on the drier side.

# And also while using both baking soda and baking powder together...keep a little baking powder and add 1 teaspoon of lemon's squezzed juice and as it starts to bubble instantly add that to the batter. Don't worry..it won't make your cake to taste sour.

2) If you have a beater..then while creaming the butter and then adding sugar..beat enough so that maximum amount of air can be incorporated into it.

3) For Non vegetarian option.which almost the whole worldwide people use are the eggs. It happens sometimes that in a heavy cake you have to add a little bit more eggs to make it rise. So in that case....add Vanilla extract too to get away that wierd smell of eggs and also its taste.

(Never add the baking powder and lemon juice together if you are using eggs in your cake batter. It will ruin the whole cake)
