Crocqumebouche savory creme recipe.
croquembouche is a french desert which has lots of techniques involved. The most amazing part of it is its crunch and the sweet creme part. But this desert is seen with only perspective. so i have tried a fusion of French techniques and Indian flavours. All you'll need unsweetned youghurt, Tandoori Mayonaise, BBQ sause, Tangy mango pickle. Just give it am mix and pipe it in the choux pastry and use Honey and BBQ sause mixture(2:1 ratio) as the glace instead of using caramel. Give it a try. LOVE!!!
This fusion is gonna change the way we see every desert.....

DeleteWe at Mexico use to have this kind of combination but only in taco. I can understand that the flavours are gonna be amazing but croquembouche is a classic french desert and I don't think so that such a classic desert should be modernized. But, I appreciate your innovatation.
